Business Coach Program
The Business Coach Program is designed to assist business owners as they launch, develop, or otherwise fine-tune their products, services, and companies. This program enables clients to quickly develop plans and undertake marketing, financial, or management activities with the guidance of an experienced business mentor and coach.
As a participant in the Business Coach Program, you'll have access to our experts to help you solve problems as they arise. We'll provide feedback for your business plan, proposals, and marketing materials to strengthen and optimize your efforts. We’ll work side-by-side with you as you build your business and face unforeseen challenges.
There are three levels to the Business Coach Program:
Head Coach
Assistant Coach
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Head Coach
Designed for business owners/managers who don’t know where to begin to tackle their business issue.
Up to 8 hours per month of individual consultation via phone or face-to-face.
Review and critique of financial statements, sales plans, marketing materials, etc.
Unlimited email and phone interaction with Trusted Biz Solutions with guaranteed 24-hour response.
Scheduled one-on-one meetings.
Minimum 3-month commitment.
Assistant Coach
For business owners/managers who have limited ability to complete a project or who need general management assistance and continual guidance.
Up to 6 hours per month of individual consultation via phone or face-to-face.
Review and critique of financial statements, sales plans, marketing materials, etc.
Unlimited email access with Trusted Biz Solutions with guaranteed 24-hour response.
Minimum 3-month commitment.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
For business owners/managers who don't need intensive guidance but who want to occasionally check their work and strategy with our professional experts.
Up to 2 hours per month of individual consultation via phone or face-to-face.
Unlimited email access with Trusted Biz Solutions with guaranteed 48-hour response.
Minimum 3-month commitment.
